A sweet start

Hello, my name is Sudhakar. I am in Britain. I love dessert. Often I go to restaurants and just ask for the dessert menu, hence the name of my blog. I have sometimes simply worked my way through the whole dessert menu.

I am a qualified pastry chef, to NVQ3, though I have not worked in the industry. I bake at home. It’s a lot less stressful I think and the hours are better.

This is the most recent thing I’ve made.DSC03621

It’s a frangipane tart with pistachio. It has raspberries in it and a chocolate pastry case.
